A Belgian company, one founder, a method that gets written down.
Beneloo is a brand of Hakuna Matata SRL, a company under Belgian law. Beneloo brings AI into Belgian companies one process at a time: a free assessment, then four to eight weeks to document the most expensive processes and run them with AI, together with the teams. As a second line of work, Beneloo measures and improves companies' visibility in the answers of ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.
Benjamin de Bruijne has worked in IT since 2005 and has built or led more than 200 web projects. He currently works as a digital expert in the biopharmaceutical industry, in a GxP environment (computerised system validation, 21 CFR Part 11). He founded Beneloo in Rhode-Saint-Genèse to bring AI into Belgian companies with the same discipline: every process written down, tested, reviewed, versioned.
Trained at ULB and Solvay, he also taught for twenty years alongside his digital projects. He can explain a system to people who have better things to do than configure it. In 2026 he created the six-pillar Beneloo Score method and Beneloo Observatory, which measures, sector by sector, what AI assistants say about Belgian companies.

Nothing is made up about your company, neither in the texts the AI writes nor in the results announced. Gains are measured before and after, on your hours. When a process gains nothing from AI, it is written in the sheet, and we move on.
Everything produced during an engagement stays with you, in open format: context file, process sheets, prompts, usage charter, certificates. You can change AI model, software or provider without losing anything.

Beneloo sells no tool and resells no subscription. The engagement produces process sheets, one per process handed to AI, which stay with you in open format. The result is measured on your hours, before and after, and every text sent to a customer is reviewed by a named person. The method comes from regulated pharma environments, where a system is documented before it is built.
