    Beneloo Entreprise · 8 weeks

Eight weeks for AI to become part of the work, not the speeches.

Beneloo Entreprise brings the whole team on board. We start with your context, train the staff, review every process, select three to five and put them into production one by one, each with its sheet. At the end, the team knows what AI does in their company, why, and how to evolve it.

Quoted after the assessment. The quote details what is included, week by week.

    For you if

    • You run a company of 10 to 200 people and several teams lose time on the same kinds of tasks.
    • Your staff already use ChatGPT or Copilot, each in their corner, with no common rule.
    • You want documented processes, not a collection of tools.
    • You have someone in-house to carry the subject with you, even part-time.

    How it unfolds

    1. Week 1

      Your context, written down

Two workshops with you: trade, customers, rules, what must never be automated. The context file is written, reviewed, versioned. It then serves every process.

    2. Week 2

      The team is trained

One day on site, twelve people maximum per group. What AI does well, what it gets wrong, which data never leaves. The usage charter is written with the teams. A named certificate for each participant: this is the measure Article 4 of the AI Act requires.

    3. Weeks 3 and 4

      Mapping and quantifying

Every process reviewed with the people who run it: who does what, how often, how long, where it gets stuck. Three to five processes selected, quantified in hours per week, errors, delays. You choose the order.

    4. Weeks 5 to 8

      One process at a time

Each selected process gets its sheet: objective, data, steps handed to AI, human control, version. The team concerned tests it for a real week, we fix it, we put it into production. Automation comes last, where it pays off and where your tools allow it.

    5. Weeks 9 to 12

      One month of adjustments

Included. The sheets are corrected as real cases come up, the prompts refined, the incidents logged. At the end of the month, the team runs the processes alone, or moves to the monthly follow-up.

What you keep at the end

    • The company's context file
    • The complete process map, with each process quantified
    • Three to five process sheets in production, versioned, with the prompts and model used
    • The internal AI usage charter, written with your teams
    • The named training certificates (Article 4 of the AI Act)
    • The hours before / after dashboard, per process
    • One month of adjustments after go-live

    Frequently asked questions

    Why eight weeks?

Because a process does not hold if it has not been tested over a real working week by the people who run it. Two weeks of context and training, two of mapping, four to put three to five processes into production: that is the pace that lets the team keep up without stopping the business.

How much time do my teams need to free up?

One training day per participant, then forty-five minutes to an hour per person concerned during the mapping, and one hour a week for the team testing the current process. The rest happens without interrupting work.

What if a process doesn't work with AI?

We say so, we write it in the sheet, and we move on to the next one. The quantifying in weeks 3 and 4 is precisely there to rule out processes where AI would waste time. Sometimes a process is fixed without AI, by changing one step: that is a result too.

Do we need to connect AI to our software?

Not at first. The AI prepares, a human approves and enters. Full automation comes last, only if your tools have an API and the gain justifies it. If not, we tell you at scoping.

    How much does it cost?

Quoted after the free assessment, according to the number of processes selected and the size of the team to train. The quote details the eight weeks and the month of adjustments. No price grid by company size.

    Who comes to our company?

Benjamin de Bruijne, founder of Beneloo, from the assessment to go-live. No network of subcontractors: the person who writes the sheets is the one who trained the team.

Where to start in your company?

Thirty minutes by video, one real process, a list to start with.
