On-site training · half day or full day · 12 people maximum
Training your teams in AI,
as the AI Act requires
Your staff already use ChatGPT or Copilot. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act requires you to take measures so that they master these tools. On-site training, in your offices, on your real cases.
A 30-minute call to set the group, the date and the format.
The framework
What Article 4 of the AI Act requires
Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the European AI Regulation requires every organisation using AI systems to take measures so that its staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy. ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and business tools that embed AI are covered.
The text was softened in 2026: the obligation concerns the measures taken, without guaranteeing an individual level for each employee. It remains in force.
The text sets no method. In practice, it is prudent to be able to show three things: that your teams were trained, what they learned, and which usage rules apply in your company. That is exactly what this training produces.
Beyond the obligation, a team that understands the tool makes fewer mistakes, protects company data better and gets better results.
Format
Half a day or a full day, on site
The training takes place in your offices, in groups of 12 people maximum, on the tools your teams already use. Each session ends with three deliverables.
Course material
The complete material given to each participant, reusable in-house for newcomers.
Certificate of attendance
A named, dated certificate per participant, documenting the measure taken under Article 4.
Internal AI usage charter
One page, written during the training: permitted tools, forbidden data, human review, responsibilities.
Two formats
Quoted, per session of 12 people maximum. Travel included in Brussels and Brabant.
Half day: understand, align, frame

Programme
The 4 modules
01
Understanding AI
Half day and full day
What it really is. What it is not. The useful limits to know before using it at work: confidential data, made-up answers, responsibility of the person who reviews.
02
AI alignment in 3 prompts
Half day and full day
The method that turns ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot into a work partner rather than a generic text generator. Each participant leaves with their own configuration, ready to use.
03
AI in your workflows
Full day
Workshop on your real processes. Where AI saves time, where it wastes it. Participants leave with a map of their uses and an action plan per team.
04
Usage framework and compliance
Half day and full day
What Article 4 of the AI Act requires, what GDPR imposes, what your organisation decides. The one-page internal AI usage charter is written with you during the session.
Module 2 in detail
AI alignment in 3 prompts
Most people type a question, get a generic answer and rephrase. The problem is not the prompt: the AI does not know who it is talking to. This module settles that once and for all, in three steps.
Step 1
Understanding AI from the inside
Before working with someone, you try to understand them. AI is no different. This first step gives access to how it works.
Step 2
Really introducing yourself
Not your title. Not your sector. How you think, your real priorities, what frustrates you. You give the AI what it needs to understand you.
Step 3
Alignment
What follows is different from anything you got before. The AI anticipates your needs. It speaks your language. It thinks in your direction.
3 steps. No software. No subscription.
The method is documented in the free guide AI alignment (FR).

The trainer
Benjamin de Bruijne
Benjamin de Bruijne has worked in IT since 2005 and has built or led more than 200 web projects. He currently works as a digital expert in the biopharmaceutical industry, in a GxP environment (computerised system validation, 21 CFR Part 11). He founded Beneloo in Rhode-Saint-Genèse to bring AI into Belgian companies with the same discipline: every process written down, tested, reviewed, versioned.
I don't teach AI as a tool but as a working relationship. Sessions are run on your cases, with the tools your teams already use. Each participant leaves with something they can apply the next day.
Frequently asked questions
Does Article 4 of the AI Act apply to us?
Yes, as soon as your organisation uses an AI system, whatever its size. ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or a business tool embedding AI fall within scope. The obligation applies to providers and professional users alike.
What exactly does the text require?
Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 requires measures to be taken so that staff using AI systems have a sufficient level of AI literacy, taking into account their level, the context and the people concerned. The text was softened in 2026: it is about taking measures, without guaranteeing an individual level. The obligation remains in force.
Are there technical prerequisites?
None. The training is for business owners and non-technical staff. No jargon, no code, nothing to install. An account on the tool you already use is enough for the exercises.
Why 12 participants maximum?
Because each participant works on their own cases during the session. Beyond 12 people, individual support is no longer possible. For a larger team, several sessions are organised.
Does the certificate count as certification?
No. There is no official certification for Article 4. The certificate, the material and the charter document the measures you have taken. That is what you will be asked for in an inspection or a customer audit.
Half day or full day: how to choose?
The half day covers modules 1, 2 and 4: understand, align, frame. The full day adds the workshop on your real workflows and leaves time to build an action plan per team. For a first step into AI, the full day is recommended.
The training is week 2 of Beneloo Entreprise.
