    AI for Belgian companies

AI enters your company, one process at a time.

Beneloo maps your processes, quantifies the ones that cost the most, and runs them with AI one by one, with your teams. Every step is written down, tested, reviewed. The file stays with you.

    People lead, AI assists.

    Benjamin de Bruijne, founder Beneloo
Benjamin de Bruijne, founder. In IT since 2005, digital expert in a regulated environment. He is the one who picks up the phone.

Three ways to work together, then a follow-up.

Everything starts with the free assessment. What follows is quoted after we have seen your processes: two companies of twenty people do not have the same ones.

    Free assessment

    30 minutes, by video

You show me one real process, from input to output. I tell you where the time goes, what can be fixed without buying anything, and where to start. Whether you go further or not.

    8 weeks

For the whole team. Training (Article 4 of the AI Act), process mapping, 3 to 5 quantified processes, each documented then put into production. One month of adjustments included.

    Monthly follow-up

After the engagement, no fixed term

One meeting a month, sheets kept up to date, a new process when the team is ready. Stop whenever you want: everything is documented.

    How it works →

    Eight weeks, in this order.

Context first, tools last. That is what keeps you from automating a process nobody understood.

    1. Week 1

      Your context, written down

Two workshops with you: your trade, your customers, your rules, what must never be automated. The context file then serves every process.

    2. Week 2

      The team is trained

One day on site. What AI does well, what it gets wrong, which data never leaves the company. The usage charter is written with the teams. This is the measure Article 4 of the AI Act requires.

    3. Weeks 3 and 4

      Mapping and quantifying

Every process reviewed with the people who run it. Three to five are selected and quantified: hours per week, errors, delays. You choose the order.

    4. Weeks 5 to 8

      One process at a time

Each selected process gets its sheet: objective, data, steps handed to AI, human control, version. The team tests it, we fix it, we put it into production. Automation comes last, where it pays off.

Then: one month of adjustments included, and the monthly follow-up if you want it. The full week-by-week schedule is on the Beneloo Entreprise page.

    What stays with you.

Every process has its sheet. It says what the AI does, with which data, who reviews, and what changed since the last version. The sheets live in your tools, in an open format.

Change AI model, software or provider: nothing is lost. A customer, an auditor or your successor can understand what AI does in your company without calling us.

This is how regulated pharma environments document their systems, scaled down to your company.

    Overdue invoice reminders

    Objective
Remind every overdue invoice at D+7 and D+21, without missing a file, without chasing a customer who has already paid.
    Inputs
Due-date export from the invoicing software, payment history, letter templates.
    Steps handed to AI
Drafts the reminder from the template and the file. Prompt v3. Provider and model listed in the appendix.
    Human control
The accountant reviews and sends. No automatic sending beyond the second reminder.
    Excluded data
    Bank details, ongoing disputes.
    Log
1.0 created. 1.1 softer tone for customers of more than five years. 1.2 added the "partial payment" case.
Version 1.2, approved on 14 October 2026 by the head of accounting

    Why Beneloo.

A Belgian company, a single point of contact

Hakuna Matata SRL, Rhode-Saint-Genèse. The person who runs the assessment is the one who writes the sheets and trains the team. No network of subcontractors, no platform between you and him.

    Documented and auditable

Every process has its sheet, its version and its business owner. What AI does in your company fits on one page, not in a consultant's head.

    GDPR and AI Act compliant

Team training (Article 4), usage charter, written inventory of the tools and models used, data processing agreement for every engagement.

And when your customers ask ChatGPT?

Beneloo's second line of work: visibility in AI answers. Beneloo Observatory measures, sector by sector, what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity say about Belgian companies. Measured, not estimated.

    96.9%

    of Namur accountants invisible

488 firms tested on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. 15 cited, all the others absent.

    98.4%

    of Namur plumbers invisible

382 companies tested. ChatGPT and Claude point to platforms, never to a local tradesperson.

    0

798 accountants in Walloon Brabant tested. Only the large international networks appear.

    Who is behind Beneloo?

Benjamin de Bruijne has worked in IT since 2005 and has built or led more than 200 web projects. He currently works as a digital expert in the biopharmaceutical industry, in a GxP environment (computerised system validation, 21 CFR Part 11). He founded Beneloo in Rhode-Saint-Genèse to bring AI into Belgian companies with the same discipline: every process written down, tested, reviewed, versioned.

Trained at ULB and Solvay, he also taught for twenty years alongside his digital projects. He can explain a system to people who have better things to do than configure it. In 2026 he created the six-pillar Beneloo Score method and Beneloo Observatory, which measures, sector by sector, what AI assistants say about Belgian companies.
